ABOUT ME
Hi, I'm Gabby!
I have grown up with a love of cooking specifically rooted in the Italian culture through cooking with my grandma. I attended the Institute of Culinary Education in 2017 and upon graduating I spent 3 years at Untitled NYC starting as an extern and working myself to a Sous Chef position.
I then had the opportunity to open a new restaurant in the West Village, 232 Bleecker, where I continue to work as a Sous Chef for two years.
I have since left to work privately where I focus on vegetable forward seasonal cooking with Italian influence. I offer personal chef services for dinner parties and meal preps with completely customizable menus. I work with my clients to create menus for any occasion.
