I graduated from the Institute of Culinary Education in 2017. From there I worked at Untitled, NYC for 3 years. Starting as an extern and working my way to a Sous Chef position. I left Untitled to open a new restaurant in the West Village, 232 Bleecker, where I continue to work as a Sous Chef.
